1 cup butterscotch morsels
1/4 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1/2 tesp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tesp baking powder
3/4 tesp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Melt butterscotch morsels and butter over hot (not boiling) water
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in brown sugar
  3. Cool 5 minutes
  4. Blend in eggs and vanilla
  5. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, nuts and add to mixture
  6. Spread in 13 x 9 pan and bake 25 minutes at 350°
