coffee cake1/4 lb. butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sour cream

Cream butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. add to egg mixture, alternating with sour cream. Pour 1/2 of batter into well battered tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of filling over and place remaining dough oer filling then sprinkle top with rest of filling.

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.

Filling: 1/2 cup nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
