1 - 8 oz. package of wide noodles
5 Tablespoons butter
5 Tablespoons flour
1 tespoon salt
1/4 tespoon pepper
Melt butter and stir in the flour. Keep the fire very low or remove from the fire while stirring in the flour.
Slowly add 2-1/2 cups milk
Cook until thickened.
Add:
8 oz. cream cheese (cut in small pieces)
6 oz. of munster or monteray Jack cheese (cut in small pieces)
When the cheese is melted, stir in
2 packages tuna
1 jar chopped olives
Add noodles
Top with bread crumbs and shredded cheddar cheese
Bake at 350° until it bubbles around the edges.
