cucumbers2 medium cucumbers
1 tesp salt
1/4 tesp sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tesp salt
1 small sweet onion sliced thin and seperate into rings
Dash of pepper
2 Tbs white vinegar

Peel cucumbers and slice thin. Sprinkle with 1 tespoon salt and let stand 30 minutes. Press out excess water and combine remaining ingredients and mix with cucumbers. Refrigerate several hours to blend flavors.
